I recently did these postcard designs for a Mr Porter event in St. Tropez, as part of a gift bag promo.
These are completely digital except for a few textures. I’m still trying to bridge that gulf between how I approach traditional media and digital, but I think these came closer than any of the project’s I’ve worked on.
I’ve been working for a lot of men’s magazines lately. Suits, what kind to wear and how to wear them, usually factor in somehow and the occasional portrait.
These were for GQ, GQ (Germany), and Esquire.
A new piece for Conde Nast Traveller. The best part about summer is all of the blue and orange color combinations.

Figures from a recent spread. I was trying to imitate that mid-century painted style that works so well with light backgrounds. Sometimes my linework is just too heavy and tends to weight everything down. I think this is a good balance that doesn’t deviate much from my normal technique.
